Real estate market hot in New Hampshire despite national supply increase

They are normalizing,” Zink said.Zink said sellers should think about listing sooner rather than later. She said buyers should work with an experienced agent and prices could begin dropping soon.”You are going to start to see a change for buyers and we’re gonna start getting more people into houses,” Zink said.
