Fitness Studio to become 1st fitness + retail space at The Edge in Homewood

True40, a boutique fitness studio, is coming to one of Homewood’s newest developments — The Edge.

Almost exactly a year ago in the Spring of 2023, The Edge announced it was building a space filled with retail, restaurants and an outdoor area complete with a playground, greenspace and amphitheater.

In late March, the development group announced they had enlisted 7 restaurants and eateries to locate at their 815, 817 and 819 Greensprings Highway sites.

True40® Studio is The Edge’s first fitness and retail space tenant.

First established in 2016, this will be True40’s Studio’s 4th location in the state of Alabama. What can you expect at True40 Studio? 

According to the company their fitness method combines the following:

•  Principles of strength training
• Cardio
• Barre, Pilates
• Yoga

True40 takes 2000+ square feet

True40® will occupy 2,007 square feet within The Edge’s expansive 5,000-square-foot Phase 2 space dedicated to fitness and retail. Micro-retail units are still available.
